ด้านเครื่องหมายการค้า ไม่มีการจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้าใน พระปรมาภิไธย แต่ทรงพระราชทานให้ บริษัท สุวรรณชาด จำ กัด และมูลนิธิชัยพัฒนา จดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายการค้า รวมทั้งสิ้น 13 คำ ขอ ดังนี้ (1) บริษัท สุวรรณชาด จำ กัด จดทะเบียน เครื่องหมายการค้ารวม 7 คำ ขอ ประกอบด้วยเครื่องหมาย สุวรรณชาด 1 คำ ขอ, ทองแดง 2 คำ ขอ และโกลเด้นเพลส 4 คำ ขอ (2) บริษัท มงคลชัยพัฒนา จำ กัด จดทะเบียน เครื่องหมายการค้ารวม 6 คำ ขอ ประกอบด้วย เครื่องหมาย ธรรมชาติ 5 คำ ขอ และมุมสบายๆ 1 คำ ขอ

Trademarks No trademark has been registered in His Majesty’s own name. His Majesty the King has granted royal permission to Suwannachaad Company Limited and the Chaipattana Foundation to register 13 trademarks as detailed below. (1) Suwannachaad Company Limited : having filed 7 applications for the protection of trademarks – 1 application for the “Suwannachaad” Trademark, 2 applications for the “Thong Daeng” Trademark and 4 applications for the “Golden Place” Trademark; and (2) Mangkala Chaipattana Company Limited : having filed 6 applications for the protection of trademarks – 5 application the “Thammachaad” Trademark and 1 application for the “Mumsabai” Trademark
